FotoFacial (Photo Rejuvenation)

The IPL FotoFacial procedure is used to rejuvenate skin with no patient down time. Through a series of full-face treatments and specific light parameters, consistent and dramatic improvements in sun damage, redness, broken capillaries, and fine lines will continue to improve with each treatment. Following the series, all patients observe smoother skin with visible improvement in irregularities, fine wrinkles, and pore size. Symptoms of rosacea and redness improve on average more than seventy-five percent following treatment.

FotoFacial Procedure

A series of five treatments are recommended for optimal results. Approximately three weeks are allotted in-between treatments. Treatment is administered in the doctor’s office gently delivering precise amounts of light energy through your skin’s surface. Topical anesthetics and cool gels help to minimize any mild discomfort during your treatment. Full facial treatments usually require about 30 minutes.

Recovery From IPL FotoFacial

Discomfort following treatment is almost non-existent. Like any laser treatment, the skin may feel warm and appear pink/red for a couple of hours after treatment. Within a few hours make-up can be reapplied and normal activities may be resumed. After any treatment, follow Dr. Sinha’s post-operative instructions, and use adequate sun sunscreen.

Investment

FotoFacials can be purchased by individual treatments or as a series. The cost of the procedure varies depending on each individuals needs, but typically ranges from $550 - $3,500.
